e4c is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead the Transitional Housing Program under the Site Manager. You will supervise Wellness Coaches, design and implement holistic wellness strategies, and foster a recovery-oriented, compassionate environment grounded in a one-day-at-a-time approach.
You will build relationships with residents, mentor staff, and ensure program goals align with funder requirements and organizational values. A vehicle and valid license are preferred assets in this role.

As a Wellness Manager, you will work under the direction of the Site Manager to build authentic connections and foster trust with residents in a supportive housing environment. Serving individuals navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and addictions, you will provide holistic, person-centered support focused on mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being.
In collaboration with the Site Manager, you will help ensure the program meets both resident needs and organizational requirements while mentoring a team of Wellness Coaches. You will lead the development and implementation of wellness strategies, creating a safe, recovery-oriented space grounded in a "one day at a time" approach and modelling self-care and sustained wellness.
