Job summary

Qualifications

• First Aid Level 1 and FoodSafe Level 1 are required.
• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan by conducting psychosocial assessments and reviewing client needs.
• Intervene and facilitate group activities following program guidelines.
• Develop life skills by supporting daily living activities and budgeting.
• Support community integration and advocacy with transportation as needed.
• Monitor, document progress, and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in team meetings and provide staff education as required.
• Provide crisis support with safety planning and escalation as needed.
