Canadian Mental Health Association, Battlefords Branch, Inc. in North Battleford is seeking a full-time Peer Support Worker to deliver wellness programs and support the Tenant program.

You will facilitate group sessions, conduct one-on-one coaching, and share lived experience to support others on their wellness journey. You will collaborate with the HOPE partnership to provide educational courses at Living Wells Learning Centre, participate in community events, and handle administrative duties,

Qualifications

• Delivery of wellness programs (peer support, tenant support), community engagement, and education delivery.
• Provide support to both the Peer Support Worker and Tenant Support Worker.
• Deliver Peer Support activities including group facilitation and one-on-one sessions related to wellness goals.
• Support tenants in housing program to foster independence and growth.
• Partner with HOPE to deliver educational courses and participate in community events.
• Handle statistics, reporting and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities
