Job summary

Lifemark Physiotherapy Meadowvale Town Centre in Mississauga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet patients, answer calls, and manage intake for the clinic. This role supports a multidisciplinary team within Lifemark Health Group and contributes to accurate billing and scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and comfort with data entry. Healthcare experience is an asset; part-time permanent position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and data entry abilities.
• Experience in a physiotherapy or private healthcare setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors with professionalism.
• Coordinate intake of patient information on first visit and throughout treatment.
• Assist with clinic paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Handle payments and insurance claims to third party funders.
• Enter data and process billing for third party funders.
• Coordinate courier services and manage emails/mail/faxes.
• Provide administrative support to Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
