Qualifications

• Experience in café, food service, or hospitality; training provided.
• Fast-paced service environment; maintain quality and composure.
• Warm, approachable communicator with members and guests.
• Reliable and punctual with ownership of workspace.
• Criminal Background Check required.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• First Aid/CPR-C certification maintained annually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve smoothies, shakes, and cafe offerings to recipe and pace.
• Welcome members; learn names and remember orders to create a premium experience.
• Keep a spotless, organized station and prep before rushes.
• Support the team and cover shifts when needed.
