Job summary

Be Well Queen seeks a content operations lead to turn Dr. Marisol's footage into a cross‑platform content engine. You will design narratives, direct shoots, and manage freelance editors, ensuring a consistent publishing rhythm across YouTube, podcasts, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

You will own calendar planning, craft platform strategies, and coordinate brand collaborations and monetization initiatives, with a focus on authentic wellness storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing ability across formats (long-form, reels, shorts).
• Experience hiring and managing freelancers; briefs, rates, and QA.
• Fluent across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok as creator/producer.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw footage into finished content for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
• Direct capture: plan shoots, advise on B-roll, and oversee editors.
• Build and manage freelance editing bench; quality-check and deliverables.
• Maintain content calendar and publishing rhythm across platforms.
• Develop platform strategy and monetization aligned to brand goals.
