Job summary

WELL Health Technologies Corp. seeks a Sr. AI Enabled Content/Growth Strategist to lead the organic content and lifecycle growth strategy.

You will develop strategy and personally produce high‑quality content that supports acquisition, engagement, trust and long‑term customer relationships. You will blend healthcare research with direct‑to‑consumer storytelling, leverage AI‑enabled workflows, and partner with internal teams to align messaging with priority initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content strategy, communications, or organic growth roles.
• Strong ability to independently research and produce high‑quality written content.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research and strategic work.
• Strong prompt writing and AI workflow development skills.
• Experience working in regulated industries.
• Understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Organic Growth & Content Strategy: Develop and refine WELL Health’s organic content strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
• Research & Content Development: Conduct research on preventive healthcare and longevity topics; translate complex topics into clear consumer education.
• Lifecycle & CRM Communication: Design lifecycle programs including onboarding and lead nurturing sequences.
• Content & Engagement Strategy: Balance healthcare education with accessible storytelling; maintain a trusted direct-to-consumer voice.
• Performance & Optimization: Measure content impact on traffic, engagement, conversion and retention; refine messaging.
• AI-Enabled Strategy & Workflow Development: Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and content creation; design scalable workflows.
