Walters Group, a Hamilton-based steel contractor, seeks a Welding Cell Operator to produce parts with robotic welding, design fixtures in SolidWorks, and program the robot. You will read blueprints, source materials, and ensure accuracy while maintaining equipment and safety standards.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of robotic welding experience, understanding of welding/fitting, and can operate cranes and forklifts; team collaboration is essential in a fast-paced shop environment.
