Job summary

Lullaland is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to become the heartbeat of the Edmonton team. You will manage equipment logistics, venue bookings, and scheduling while leading a growing team to deliver the weekly sensory classes for babies, toddlers, and their grownups.

Ideal candidates are organized, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with local families and communities. This role involves travel within Edmonton and flexible weekday hours to support evolving class themes.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with at least 3 weekdays (16 hours) per week.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple Edmonton locations with equipment.
• Comfortable leading or assisting weekly classes.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 weekdays (or 16 hours) per week.
• Oversee class equipment and props, ensuring each week's theme is prepared.
• Coordinate venue bookings and contracts; main day-to-day logistics contact.
• Lead staff scheduling and onboarding with clear team communication.
• Support community outreach by distributing posters and flyers across the city.
• Travel across Edmonton to various locations and transport equipment as needed.
• confidently step into the class setting to lead or assist weekly classes.
