Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living in Priceville, Ontario, seeks a Resident Care Associate (CNA) to provide high-quality care in assisted living and memory care settings. This part-time weekend role requires weekend availability, compassion, and teamwork with the Family Experience leadership to maintain dignity and well-being for all residents.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred and may be required by the state.
• CNA licensure or certification preferred for the role.
• Experience working with elders or memory care residents is desirable.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans with families.
• Maintain hydration schedules and ensure residents are nourished.
• Complete meal attendance records and coordinate room service as needed.
• Ensure resident rights are upheld and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Respond promptly to resident call bells and security system alerts.
