Shoppers Drug Mart in Nova Scotia is seeking a customer service focused team member to manage cash, cashier operations and merchandising in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provides ongoing guidance.
• Ensures loss prevention standards and cash office processes are followed.
• Maintains store image, housekeeping and health and safety compliance.
• Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues per guidelines (refunds, exchanges).
• Promotes CSI surveys and supports merchandising displays as directed.
