Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages customer service functions including cash, cashiers and merchandising.
• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with store policies and operating procedures.
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provides on-going guidance and instruction.
• Ensures loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintains shelves clean and organized with proper rotation and ensures displays are set up as directed.
