Qualifications

• Age - 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Handle Damaged and Returned Items: Scans damaged and stolen items quickly and correctly to help prevent loss.
• Process Returns and Vendor Requests: Prepares returns, vendor requests, recalls, and donation items by completing required paperwork, packing, and shipping on time.
• Keep the Claims Area Safe and Clean: Keeps the claims area neat, clean, and safe by following proper lifting, ladder use, and chemical disposal procedures.
• Follow Claims Procedures: Follows Company rules for handling damaged and recalled items, keeps claims up to date, and completes required forms for older claims to reduce chargebacks.
• Support Store Programs: Completes Customer Value Program (CVP) tasks as assigned and follows current systems and processes.
• Work With Other Teams: Provides support to the Office Support Associate and Directs Store Delivery Associate when needed.
