Job summary

Alliance Maintenance in Metro Vancouver is seeking a dedicated building cleaner to maintain a clean and presentable building inside and out. You will clean high-traffic areas, empty trash, sanitize restrooms, and ensure entrances remain clear on a Saturday-Sunday-Monday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You'll use cleaning equipment and chemicals, lift up to 20 lbs, and may handle light biohazard waste. We provide on-site training, cleaning supplies, health benefits for full-time staff, company

Qualifications

• English communication required.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5 ft ladder.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Mop tiled floor areas and entrances.
