Alliance Maintenance in Vancouver is seeking a dedicated building cleaner for weekend shifts to maintain a clean and presentable building inside and out. You will clean high-traffic areas, restrooms, and common spaces, with responsibilities including lobby, stairs, windows, and exterior walk-throughs.

The role requires reliable, punctual individuals with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Lifts up to 20 lbs and ladder use are expected; smartphone use is required for scheduling.

Qualifications

Job Details

The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.

Shift Available:

• Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
• Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
• Responsible for exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Be able to communicate in English.
