Cleantech is seeking a part-time Cleaner for a high-rise residential building in Coquitlam. Responsibilities include cleaning residential and commercial spaces, stocking supplies, and maintaining sanitary bathrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have cleaning experience, are reliable communicators, and can work independently with minimal supervision. The role offers steady hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 12 PM, with ASAP starting date and a monthly pay

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and commercial properties.
• Replenish cleaning supplies (soaps, paper towels and toilet paper).
• Dust, mop, sweep, wax floors and vacuum.
• Clean spills, broken glass and other messes promptly.
• Coordinate duties with other cleaners.
• Maintain sanitary bathrooms and related facilities.
• Order new cleaning supplies as needed.

Join Our Team as a Cleaner!

We are currently seeking a part-time Cleaner for a high-rise residential building located in Coquitlam. The building consists of 28 floors, 379 units. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building’s common areas and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning experience is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1560 per month
