Job summary

Alliance Maintenance, a growing building maintenance company serving residential strata properties across Metro Vancouver, is hiring a Building Cleaner. You will maintain clean, presentable interiors and exteriors, disinfect high-traffic areas, empty trash, and keep entrances clear.

Shift available: Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Duties include cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, windows, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning washrooms and amenity rooms, and exterior litter pickup.

Qualifications

• Be able to communicate in English.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder.
• Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Open to cleaning light biohazard waste.
• Ability to use a smartphone.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Job Details

The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.
