Job summary

Alliance Maintenance is searching for a building cleaner to maintain cleanliness in residential properties across Metro Vancouver. Your responsibilities will include cleaning all essential areas, sanitizing restrooms, and performing regular litter pick-up.

This part-time position offers shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You will receive on-site training and health benefits for full-time employees, alongside a friendly team environment.

Job Details

The building cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside. You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, emptying trash, sanitizing restrooms, and keeping entrances clear.

Shift Available:

• Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and windows.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping tiled floor areas and entrances.
• Cleaning washrooms, gym area, and amenity rooms.
