Job summary

Alliance Maintenance is seeking a Concierge to greet residents and guests, assist with daily tasks, and support the building manager. This role handles inquiries, coordinates with maintenance, and ensures smooth operations in a residential setting.

Evening shifts from Mon-Fri 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexibility for weekends. Training provided and on-site duties include record-keeping, rules enforcement, and guest management.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and listening skills.
• Professional appearance (neat suit and attire).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for residents and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist residents with housekeeping and maintenance requests.
• Respond to noise and other resident complaints.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records (vehicles, guests, and service providers).
• Enforce parking rules, including towing unauthorized vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and exterior.
• Monitor fire alarm panels and report issues.
• Train new Concierge staff when required.
• Flexible working evenings and weekends when needed.
• Other duties as required.

Job Details
