Job summary

Simcoe is looking for a WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness Group Facilitator in Pickering, Ontario. As a facilitator, you will work closely with a team to support individuals facing emotional or mental health challenges. You will co-facilitate support groups for clients aged 16 and older, focusing on depression, anxiety, and wellness practices.

How can I help?

The role of WeConnect volunteers is to co‑facilitate support groups for clients experiencing emotional or mental health challenges. These support groups are offered free of charge to individuals 16 and older and focus on depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, coping strategies, wellness practices, and social connection.
