Community Support Connections seeks a casual Gentle Exercise Facilitator to lead safe, gentle exercise for older adults in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and North Dumfries. The role offers daytime hours, Monday to Friday, with mileage between locations and a pay rate of $17.81 per hour.
The facilitator will work with the Fall Prevention and Exercise Team to adapt classes, monitor participants, and promote senior fitness in the community—both virtually and on-site.

Working closely with the Fall Prevention and Exercise Team, our Gentle Exercise Facilitators lead older adults and those with different abilities in safe, gentle exercise classes both virtually and in-person, throughout the community. They work collaboratively with our host locations and adapt classes to meet the needs of participants to ensure they enjoy a fun social and recreational activity that also helps prevent falls.
