Job Overview

We\'re hiring a Website Development Coordinator to keep our website build, health, and deployment work on track. This role has three parts: keeping the development process on schedule and on brand, reviewing website health across technical SEO, performance, and analytics/attribution, and supporting end to end deployment, content review, and optimization.

The right person is detail-oriented, comfortable moving between project coordination and technical review, and confident flagging issues before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities

Development process coordination

• Track website build and update tasks against timeline, scope, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate between developers, designers, and stakeholders to keep work moving and unblocked.
• Flag scope, timeline, or brand deviations early and route them to the right owner.

Website health and maintenance

• Run regular technical SEO reviews: crawl errors, site structure, metadata, indexing, and site speed.
• Monitor site performance (Core Web Vitals, uptime, load times) and log issues for the dev team.
• Review analytics and attribution setup (GA4, tag management, UTM structure) to confirm tracking is accurate.

Deployment, content, and optimization

• Support end to end deployment: pre-launch QA, staging review, and post-launch checks.
• Review live content for accuracy, formatting, and on-brand presentation.
• Recommend and help implement optimizations based on performance and analytics findings.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in website coordination, digital project management, or a related web/marketing role.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, metadata, site structure, page speed).
• Must be familiar with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for tracking and documenting work.
• Must be familiar with HubSpot for content, campaign, or CRM-linked website work.
• Must be familiar with SEMrush and Ahrefs for keyword, backlink, and site audit research.
• Must be familiar with GA4, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for analytics, indexing, and tracking setup.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and testing frameworks (e.g. Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar).
• Experience with at least one CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
• Understanding of standard web QA, deployment, and content governance processes.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with comfort managing multiple work streams at once.
• Clear written communication for coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Screaming Frog or similar crawl/audit tools.
• Basic HTML/CSS reading ability, enough to spot and describe issues to developers.
• Experience supporting a website deployment or migration end to end.
