• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day coordinator for a team of automation engineers and analysts.
• Partner with the CEO to identify, prioritize, and scope automation initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and timely execution.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Conduct process analysis and contribute to workflow and systems documentation.
• Ensure best practices in quality assurance, testing, and deployment across all automation deliverables.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
• Support hiring and onboarding of additional automation team members as the function grows.
