Position Summary

Assist with identifying or verifying required maintenance work, interpreting contracts, scheduling and coordinating work, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications. Support the timely, efficient, and profitable completion of projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet performance standards
• Perform condition assessments and assist with scheduling
• Complete compliance paperwork
• Manage patrol staff performance
• Monitor highway project assets and materials
• Identify improvements in work methods and cost reduction
• Complete work reports and timesheets accurately
• Manage supplies and inventory
• Coordinate training and safety programs
• Assist with fleet inspection and repair
• Investigate and report incidents
• Coordinate with management on safety and incidents
• Update staffing schedules to ensure compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic math skills and ability to interpret documents
• Effective communication skills
• Multitasking and resource management
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet
• Ability to follow safety instructions and operate tools safely

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years in construction or road maintenance (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

Physical & Work Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work split between office and field
• Exposure to weather, noise, and chemicals
