Job summary

William Thomas Digital Inc, based in Toronto, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end web and app projects, including martech integrations and client journey design. You will coordinate a cross-functional team, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients in a hybrid in-office setting three days a week.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, PMP/CSM preferred, and strong communication skills to translate client needs for technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP or Certified Scrum Master designation preferred.
• Hands-on experience with website or app development and martech implementations (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud).
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and the development process.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate client needs for technical teams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple deliverables and tight timelines.
• Familiarity with QA protocols and QA sign-off for all deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects end-to-end from discovery to implementation.
• Structure and maintain project timelines; track deliverables.
• Manage budget and Statement of Work; contribute to development of both.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; propose solutions and escalations.
• Communicate timelines and updates with account leadership; handle requests.
• Act as primary client contact for project inquiries.
• Foster an environment of innovation, problem solving, and knowledge sharing.
• Lead QA and testing plans; participate in testing.
