Job summary

Appnovation in Toronto is seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery and solution design to development, launch and optimization, coordinating cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise Web and CMS projects.
Strong knowledge of modern web architectures and CMS ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and client expectations.
PMP/PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-team stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and CMS projects.
Oversee scope, budgets, schedules and profitability.
Facilitate discovery, design, development, launch and post-launch optimization.
Develop RAID logs, detailed project plans, and status reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategists, UX, architects, developers and QA.
Engage in pre-sales activities, RFP responses, scoping and SOWs.
Identify opportunities for growth and ensure scalable implementations.
