Job summary

• We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Project Manager to lead complex Web and CMS digital transformation initiatives
• In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization
• You will manage cross-functional teams including strategists, UX designers, architects, developers, and QA specialists while serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients
• This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, understands modern web architecture and CMS ecosystems, and can balance technical complexity with commercial accountability
• You will report to the Delivery Director and play a key role in driving successful, scalable digital platform implementations
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)
• Manage project scope, budgets (£1M+), schedules, and profitability
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking
• Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture
• Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes
