You will own end-to-end projects from scoping through launch and post-delivery, championing Agile practices, and managing client expectations with precision. This fully remote role offers collaboration with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders across time

Position Overview:

About the Role

This is not a coordination role. We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager who brings deep software delivery experience, strong Agile leadership, and the commercial instincts to manage client expectations while holding high standards of execution.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of software development projects — from scoping and planning through to launch and post-delivery — working alongside developers, designers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered with precision and professionalism.

The right candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, leads with clarity, and knows how to get the best out of cross-functional teams under real delivery pressure. Candidates with hands‑on delivery experience in mobile applications or enterprise web applications with multiple user portals are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software development projects — including mobile apps and enterprise web applications with multiple portals — ensuring each is delivered on scope, on time, and within budget
• Define project scopes, goals, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans including task breakdown, timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers — and resolve them before they become problems

Agile Leadership

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Champion Agile best practices across project teams, continuously improving delivery velocity, team collaboration, and process efficiency
• Coach and support team members in Agile ways of working, ensuring consistent adoption across all active projects
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, data‑driven insights, and iterative process refinement

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle — managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues with professionalism
• Prepare and deliver clear, executive‑level project status reports, progress updates, and presentations
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non‑technical stakeholders
• Identify and proactively communicate scope changes, risks, and timeline impacts before they become problems

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead and manage cross‑functional project teams including software developers, designers, QA testers, and external partners
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment where quality and accountability are non‑negotiable
• Coordinate seamlessly across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum throughout delivery
• Stay current with software development trends, tools, and industry best practices — bringing relevant insights back to the team

Technical Oversight

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, version control practices, and modern development methodologies
• Work closely with engineering leads to review technical approaches, flag delivery risks, and ensure architectural decisions align with project goals and timelines
• Ensure quality gates, testing standards, and deployment processes are consistently applied across all projects

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years in technical project management with a focus on software development
• Proven track record of delivering at least two mobile applications (iOS/Android) and at least two web applications, each with a delivery duration of four months or more. Enterprise web applications with multiple user portals are a strong plus, such as client portals, admin dashboards, vendor portals, or role‑based multi‑tenant platforms.
• Has owned at least one software project end to end, from initial scoping and planning through development, launch, and post‑delivery
• Demonstrated ability to run and manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, resources, and client expectations across them
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated Agile development experience with strong day‑to‑day Scrum practice
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) preferred; PMP or PRINCE2 also considered
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent PM tools
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and solutions‑oriented
