We are partnering with a respected Canadian financial services firm to hire a Wealth Planner (Senior) for their growing team in Calgary.

This is a leadership-oriented, client-facing role for a seasoned financial planning professional ready to deliver thoughtful advice and drive meaningful client outcomes.

Your Impact

1. Provide comprehensive financial planning across investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning.
2. Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent delivery.
3. Support integrated planning by working with accountants and other professionals.
4. Lead and mentor a small team to ensure high standards of service and compliance.
5. Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
6. Ensure full alignment with internal policies, industry regulations, and planning best practices.

What You Bring

1. 8–10 years of financial planning experience.
2. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations required.
3. An insurance license is an asset.
4. Proven ability to deliver complex planning solutions and build long-term client relationships.
5. Leadership mindset, strong communication skills, and business acumen.
