Job summary

Scotiabank in Hamilton is seeking a Wealth Management Consultant within the Wealth Management Partnerships team to act as the single contact for referrals from Retail Banking into Scotia Wealth Management, targeting High Net Worth clients and coordinating cross-functional support.

You will educate Retail Bank partners, spot opportunities, organize client seminars, and ensure smooth transitions of client relationships to the Lead Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Educate Retail Bank partners and refer clients to SWM.
• Build networks in Retail Branches and identify SWM opportunities.
• Coach branch staff on wealth offerings and value proposition.
• Coordinate client transitions from Retail to SWM LRM.
• Facilitate client seminars with SWM specialists.
• Provide timely status updates on referred clients.
• Support district sales goals through collaboration with partners.
• Ensure exceptional client experience during onboarding.
