Job summary

Scotiabank, a leading bank in the Americas, is seeking a Senior Associate in Toronto within ScotiaMcLeod, Wealth Management. You will support a Wealth Advisor in managing a book of business, deliver proactive client service, and contribute to business development and sales activities.

You will identify opportunities to grow assets, use in-depth product knowledge, and collaborate with specialists to provide personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the securities industry.
• Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional client service skills, providing a professional and respectful experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities to gather assets and increase revenue.
• Leverage knowledge of products/services to spot opportunities within existing client base.
• Collaborate with Advisor and Total Wealth Specialists to deepen client relationships.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients.
• Develop and distribute client communications and marketing pieces.
