Job summary

Stantec in Canada is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater conveyance and civil infrastructure projects in Alberta from offices in Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Medicine Hat or Lethbridge. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of consulting experience in water projects, and P.Eng.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 years of consulting experience related to water/wastewater conveyance or civil infrastructure.
PMP designation is an asset.
P.Eng. registration or eligibility is preferred.
Strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Lead pursuits and proposals for water, wastewater, conveyance, and related civil infrastructure.
Manage planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of projects.
Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff and support business development.
