Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Water Heater Installer to professionally install water heaters and tankless equipment, maintain HVAC systems, and support customers with dependable service.

You'll join a growth‑oriented team with the tools, trucks, and training needed to succeed, plus competitive wages, potential commissions, tuition support, and structured career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset; dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with Reliance.
• Licensed Gas Technician 2 and valid Class G driver's license.
• Diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills for residential equipment.
• Physically capable of performing all job duties and lifting/maneuvering water heaters.
• Ability to learn new technologies (electronics/electricity).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• Very punctual and dependable.
• Maintain company vehicle to neat, clean, and safe standard.
• Able to work rotating shifts and standby duties, including weekends.
