Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Warehouse Helper/Runner to organize HVAC inventory, load/unload equipment, and support installation crews. This role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, accurate data entry, and a valid G license. You will stage materials, assist with truck inspections, and help maintain smooth installation communications.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Organize and help inventory HVAC equipment and materials, including loading/unloading and scanning into system.
• Stage HVAC equipment for installations and ensure stock quantities are accurate to prevent work stoppages.
• Make deliveries as required by installation crews and assist with truck inspections.
• Support installation, sales and workforce planning with accurate installation information and documentation.
• Refurbish water heaters and remove newer components on scrapped heaters.
• Perform duties as assigned.

What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.

• Responsible to organize and help inventory HVAC equipment and materials, including loading and unloading of equipment, and scanning and entering serialized equipment into system.
• Staging of HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations.
• Document and report on Stock quantities to ensure no stoppage of work due to inadequate Equipment inventory.
• Make deliveries as may be required by Installation crews.
• Load and unload at job sites as required.
• Assist Installation crews with daily truck inspections and assure regularly scheduled truck maintenance is being carried out.
• Work closely with Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning departments to assure smooth and accurate flow of installation information, model and serial numbers and any other documentation required for accurate customer history files.
• Refurbishing of water heaters and removing newer components on scrapped heaters.
• Perform duties as assigned.
