Job summary

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a Plumbing Manager in Barrie, Ontario. You will lead a team of technicians, recruit and train staff, and ensure efficient operations. The role emphasizes analytics-driven management and customer-focused growth for a large, Canada-wide home services provider.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to meet workload demands, develop key relationships, and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings in the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in the Skilled Trades.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience meeting corporate objectives.
• At least 3 years in the Skilled Trades field.
• Ability to develop and lead technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians to match workload demands.
• Supervise and direct technicians to perform effectively and efficiently.
• Maximize team efficiency via analytics and direct interaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships within key business areas.
• Identify business development and customer service opportunities to drive growth in the surrounding area.
