Job summary

EFS-plastics Inc. in Listowel, Ontario is hiring a Wash Line Operator to monitor automated processing lines, perform quality checks, and assist with repairs. The role supports continuous improvement projects while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Shifts run Saturday and Sunday 7:00am–7:00pm with an additional 8-hour weekday shift. This full-time position offers weekend work and a starting wage of CAD 20.00–25.66 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Wash Line Operator will primarily be responsible for monitoring processing lines, performing frequent quality checks on products as well as assisting with some mechanical repairs. They will also participate in continuous quality improvement projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Mechanical, equipment and process knowledge.
• Forklift, Health & Safety, and First Aid certificate.
• Positive attitude and engaged in work.
• Open and adaptable to daily feedback on performance.
• Able to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual and dependable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
