Job summary

Pattison Ag is seeking a Wash Bay Attendant (Nights - Temp) in Swift Current to wash and detail equipment, maintain wash bay facilities, and support overall site cleanliness. The role runs evenings/nights through July 2026, with opportunities to learn and grow within a leading John Deere dealership network.

The position requires attention to detail, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Farming background and knowledge of John Deere products are assets for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to use wash bay equipment: commercial pressure washer, battery charger, compressor, hand tools.

• Maintain the condition of facilities, equipment/tools related to the wash bay.
• General upkeep/maintenance of facility.
• Participate in organization of moving equipment in/out of wash bay.
• Perform work in neat & orderly fashion keeping work area tidy.

This is a great opportunity for a hardworking person with strong attention to detail to deliver great service by performing the washing & detailing of equipment. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment. This position will be working evenings/nights from now until end of July 2026.

Requirements

• A valid drivers license
• Perform multiple duties as assigned, prioritize effectively
• Have a positive attitude, demonstrate willingness to learn
• Farming background/experience an asset
• Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere & competitive products an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
