Job summary

Pattison Ag is seeking a Service Admin (Service Writer) in Leader, SK to be the initial customer contact for the service team. You will greet customers, answer calls, and perform full range service dept activities in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer networks.

Responsibilities include managing repair/service/warranty orders, fielding inquiries, and coordinating with technicians to ensure clear customer communication. Training and growth opportunities across 18 SK & MB locations are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in service admin or receptionist roles.
• Understanding of basic accounting practices is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet usage.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform service writer duties.
• Manage service/repair/warranty orders and reporting.
• Field customer inquiries to the Service Dept.
• Maintain Work In Progress and Product Improvement Program processes.
• Coordinate with Service Techs for accurate customer communication.

• Build positive relationships with all departments.

• Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge

• Build positive & productive relationships with all depts

• Previous Service Admin experience
• Knowledge of accounting practices
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office & internet functions
• Positive attitude, attention to detail
• Exceptional communication & organizational skills
• A minimum Grade 12 education/equivalent
• Experience in an ag related field an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
• Must be legally intitled to work in CA
