Pattison Ag in Swift Current is seeking a Wash Bay Attendant (Nights - Temp) to join our team. The role involves washing and detailing equipment, maintaining the wash bay, and ensuring a tidy work area. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking person with strong attention to detail to deliver great service by performing the washing & detailing of equipment. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment. This position will be working evenings/nights from now until end of July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Wash/detail customer & company equipment
• Maintain the condition of facilities, equipment/tools related to the wash bay
• General upkeep/maintenance of facility
• Participate in organization of moving equipment in/out of wash bay
• Perform work in neat & orderly fashion keeping work area tidy
• Follow all safety rules/regulations

Requirements

• Ability to use wash bay equipment: commercial pressure washer, battery charger, compressor, hand tools
• A valid drivers license
• Perform multiple duties as assigned, prioritize effectively
• Have a positive attitude, demonstrate willingness to learn
• Farming background/experience an asset
• Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere & competitive products an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
