Responsibilities

• Manage RMAs and warranty claims with the parent company.
• Monitor claim statuses to ensure credits and reimbursements are issued on time.
• Collaborate with CSRs, SCM and warehouse teams to triage and document warranty requests.
• Track KPIs and report warranty trends to leadership.
• Identify product quality issues and communicate insights to teams.
