Qualifications

• 1+ years of warranty experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when managing customer and dealer relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and compliance with warranty terms and policies.
• Process warranty claims with complete supporting documentation, including receipts, reports, and other required information.
• Serve as the primary contact for warranty inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and dealers.
• Clearly explain warranty coverage, terms, procedures, and claim requirements.
• Provide prompt status updates and resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with service departments to resolve warranty-related issues, including arranging inspections, repairs, and replacements.
