The role focuses on reviewing repairs, submitting claims, tracking inventory, and generating regular status reports, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates should have 1-2 years warranty experience and a post-secondary diploma in Business or Supply

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Inventory management experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review daily completed truck repairs for warranty coverage.
• Submit warranty claims through manufacturers' website.
• Track and document damaged inventory for reimbursement or credit.
• Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Check repair orders against service history to avoid duplicate claims.
• Maintain records of all claims and statuses (submitted, returned, paid).
• Provide daily claims status reports to the service manager.
• Prepare repair orders for immediate resubmission when needed.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Safety and Shop teams to ensure seamless operations.
