Job summary

Redhead Equipment is seeking a Warranty Manager to support the Service team across all branches. The role involves overseeing the warranty claims process and coordinating with Warranty Administrators and Service Managers to ensure timely, accurate settlements.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in a dealership service environment, with technical understanding of equipment and the ability to interpret repair orders, parts invoices, and service bulletins.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dealership service environment.
• Technical understanding of equipment and ability to interpret repair orders, parts invoices, and service bulletins.
• Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warranty claims process across all divisions.
• Collaborate with branch Warranty Administrators and Service Managers on an ongoing basis.
• Track submissions through approvals, partial settlements, adjustments, and rejections.
• Liaise with OEM warranty departments to resolve complex, escalated, or disputed claims.
• Facilitate warranty-related training on documentation requirements and policies.
