Role Description

The Warranty Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based at Larry Renaud Ford & RV Sales in Harrow, ON. This position is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include verifying repair orders, checking required documentation, tracking claim status, and following up on approvals or rejections. The Warranty Clerk collaborates closely with service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to gather information, clarify repair details, and resolve discrepancies. The role also involves maintaining warranty records, updating internal systems, and communicating with customers and team members to support efficient service operations and strong customer satisfaction.
