Job summary

Laking Toyota in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join the Service Department. This full-time role reports to the Fixed Ops Manager and offers a salary of $48,000–$53,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will submit warranty claims, review disputed claims, manage warranty-related AR, collaborate with service staff, and participate in ongoing Manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Must like working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Able to stay organized and manage time effectively either independently or with a team.
• Honest, enthusiastic, professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, not required.

Responsibilities

• Submit warranty claims.
• Review disputed warranty claims.
• Review accounts receivable (A/R) warranty.
• Collaborate with Service staff.
• Participate in ongoing Manufacturer training.
