Job summary

Laking Toyota in Sudbury, ON is seeking a Product Advisor to join our Sales Department. You will professionally assist customers with purchase or lease decisions and help build lasting relationships.

The role requires two+ years automotive sales experience, OMVIC registration or willingness to obtain it, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays. We offer a competitive salary, benefits, RRSP with company matching, and professional development.

• Availability to work dealership sales hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

• Valid OMVIC registration or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Professionally assist customers with the purchase or lease of a vehicle.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of dealership vehicles, products and services.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Coordinate and accompany customers on vehicle test drives.
• Follow up with customer inquiries, leads and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in dealership systems.
• Complete and maintain all required Toyota University training courses.
• Follow dealership sales procedures, OMVIC requirements and applicable policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers and other dealership departments.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Assist with vehicle displays and lot organization as required.
