Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred with some accounting knowledge.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations; distribution experience a plus.
• Forklift certification and safety training are beneficial.
• Strong computer and systems knowledge (MS Office, WMS, RF devices).
• Team leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse and packaging staff; ensure safety and asset protection.
• Oversee daily operations, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stock placement and KPI achievement.
• Handle payroll submissions, invoices, and coordination with head office.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely order picking/shipping.
• Promote a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
