Job summary

Graybar Canada in Windsor, ON is seeking a Warehouse Support to assist in daily warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping and receiving, and loading/unloading trucks.

You will read purchase orders, use forklift training provided by Graybar, organize stock, count inventory, and maintain a safe, clean work area while supporting team goals.

Base salary starts at 42,500 to 48,000 per year plus benefits, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• An interest in progressing within our organization.
• Competent with computer and various operating systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking orders, shipping and receiving, load and unload trucks.
• Read purchase orders to determine items to be moved, gathered and shipped.
• Use of forklift, training provided by Graybar Canada.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves or bins.
• Assist in counting physical inventory.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear proper safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins.
• Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
• Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wearing the proper safety equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• Previous warehouse handling experience will be considered an asset.
• Ability to do light to moderate lifting (up to 60 lbs).
• An interest in progressing within our organization.
• Competent with computer and various operating systems.

Base start salary: $42,500-$48,000
