Job summary

CPC Pumps International Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Burlington facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping, while maintaining inventory accuracy and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. Minimum 3–5 years in warehousing with supervisory experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or related field is an asset.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments; forklift certification is an asset.

Your day-to-day

• Lead Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, material movements, and shipping activities to ensure smooth support of production and customer requirements.
• Manage Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate ERP transactions, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability to maintain operational and financial integrity.
• Supervise and Develop the Team: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Warehouse Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to improve productivity, reduce handling time, and support manufacturing operations.
• Champion Safety and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset
• Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (e.g., pumps, rotating equipment, machining, or fabrication);Forklift certification is an asset
• Familiarity with material flow to production and work order processes
• Understanding of handling large or complex components safely
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Your compensation and benefits

We offer compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and responsibilities of the role. • The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 CAD per year. The final compensation may vary due to factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
