Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Burlington for a newly created on-site role. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping to support production and customer needs.

You will lead and develop the warehouse team, ensure ERP accuracy, and optimize material flow while partnering with Purchasing, Production, Quality and Planning to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or related field is an asset.
• Experience in manufacturing/heavy industrial environment (pumps, machining, etc.).
• Forklift certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP transaction integrity, with cycle counts.
• Supervise and develop warehouse associates, promoting safety and improvement.
• Drive warehouse efficiency through layout, flow, and storage optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning.

This position is a newly created role within CPC Pumps International Inc.

• Lead Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, material movements, and shipping activities to ensure smooth support of production and customer requirements.


• Manage Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate ERP transactions, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability to maintain operational and financial integrity.


• Supervise and Develop the Team: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.


• Drive Warehouse Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to improve productivity, reduce handling time, and support manufacturing operations.


• Champion Safety and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role


• Post‑secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset


• Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (e.g., pumps, rotating equipment, machining, or fabrication);Forklift certification is an asset


• Familiarity with material flow to production and work order processes


• Understanding of handling large or complex components safely


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment


• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
